The free draft

Requesting a free draft through the contact form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We build a working preview from what's already public about your business. If you don't like it or don't respond, that's the end of it - no invoice, no obligation.

Moving to a full build

If you want to go ahead after seeing your draft, a 20% deposit books your slot and gets work started. The remaining 80% is due on completion, before the site goes live and everything's handed off to you. See full pricing for package details. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, since they cover time already committed to your build; if you cancel before any work begins, no charge applies.

What's included

Domain registration and hosting for the first year are included with a full build, registered in - or transferred to - your own account within 7 days of launch. After year one, you're billed directly by your registrar/host (typically £10-15/year) - we don't mark this up or stay in control of it.

Amendments

A minor amendment (small text or image edits) is £25 flat. A bigger amendment (new pages or sections, larger redesign work) is quoted from £50 depending on size. Most requests are turned around the same day.

Maintenance retainer

The optional monthly retainer is billed month-to-month with no fixed contract - cancel any time, no notice period.

Ownership

Once your build is paid in full and handed off, the site and its content are yours. We don't hold your domain, hosting or code hostage - that's the whole point of transferring the domain into your own account.

What we can't promise

We build technically sound, properly optimised sites - but no one can honestly guarantee specific Google rankings, since search results depend on factors outside any single site (competition, algorithm changes, your own ongoing content). We'll always give realistic timelines based on how competitive your market is.

Liability

We aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site, third-party services it connects to (such as your domain registrar or hosting provider once transferred to you), or content you provide us that turns out to be inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
