Is the first draft really free?
Yes - it's a 1-3 page working preview built from your existing public info, so you can see quality before you commit to anything.
How long does a full build take?
The build itself takes 3-5 working days on my side. That clock starts once your questionnaire answers, photos and pricing are back with me - so the only thing affecting the overall timeline is how quickly you can get those to me.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes - since it's hand-coded rather than built on a page builder like Wix or Squarespace, you'll need a bit of technical know-how to edit it yourself. If that's not your thing, just send me what needs changing and I'll sort it same-day for a small fee.
What happens after the first year?
Your domain and hosting are registered in - or transferred to - your own account within 7 days of launch, so you're never dependent on us to keep your site online. Renewal after year one is billed directly to you by your registrar/host - typically £10-15/year for domain and hosting combined.
Can you guarantee my site will rank number 1 on Google?
Honestly, no one can guarantee that. What I can give you is a clear, realistic plan to work towards it, based on how competitive your keywords are.
