Deposit & payment
A 20% deposit books your slot and gets work started. The remaining 80% isn't due until the build is complete and you're happy with it, and the site only goes live once that final payment's made - so you're never paying in full for something you haven't seen finished. Bank transfer, invoiced at each stage.
Amendments
A minor amendment (small text/image edits) is £25 flat. A bigger amendment (new pages or sections, larger redesign work) is quoted from £50 depending on the size of the task. Most requests are turned around the same day.
Hosting & domain renewal
Year one is included and registered in - or transferred to - your own account within 7 days of launch, so you're never dependent on us for it. After that, you're billed directly by your registrar/host, typically £10-15/year for domain and hosting combined.

Pricing questions
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No lock-in contract for the build itself. The maintenance retainer is month-to-month too - cancel whenever, no notice period faff.
What counts as a "minor" vs "bigger" amendment?
Minor is stuff like swapping a photo, fixing a typo, tweaking some text - the £25 jobs. Bigger means new pages, a redesign of a section, anything that needs real work - those get a quote from £50 depending on size.
Do I own the site outright, or is it tied to you?
It's yours. Domain and hosting get registered in your name (or transferred to you) within 7 days of launch, so you're never stuck needing me to keep the lights on.
